If the Services are purchased by a Private User, the Private User has the right to terminate such agreement without reason within 14 days by notifying cars-info.eu by email to support@cars-info.eu.
The private user will notify of the cancellation of the Services specified in this paragraph using the above email address in a free format indicating the order number, date, contact details and desire to cancel a specific order for the Services.
Cars-info.eu will immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Private User’s notice of cancellation, return all amounts paid by the Private User.
If the Private User has used partially (at least one) or fully available Requests from the purchased package, the Private User loses the right to terminate the agreement for Digital Content Services within 14 days.
The right of refusal does not apply to legal entities.
